  1. The service. SendMix schedules and publishes posts to social media accounts and pages you connect. You must own or be authorised to manage every channel you connect.
  2. Your content. You keep all rights to what you post. You are responsible for it complying with the law and with each network's rules; we may remove content or suspend an account that breaches them.
  3. Networks. Each network's own terms apply to what SendMix publishes on your behalf. A network may change or withdraw its API; we will say so and are not liable for posts a network refuses.
  4. Accounts. One person is responsible for each account. Keep your sign-in email secure; tell us at once about unauthorised use.
  5. Availability. We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee it. A scheduled post may be delayed or fail; we show you when it does.
  6. Fees. Currently none; when paid plans exist, prices and billing terms will be published before they apply to you.
  7. Termination. You can delete your account at any time; we can end the service with reasonable notice, or immediately for breach.
  8. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect loss.
  9. Law. Romanian law; courts of Iași, without prejudice to consumer rights in your country.
